Return Policy

We allow exchanges for another size as long as you cover the shipping and they are returned within 7 days of receipt. If you just want to return the item, we refund the cost of the boots, but not the shipping provided they come back in the exact same condition and SMOKE FREE. We will not accept any packages that smell of smoke.

We know there are other stores that allow one exchange without charging for it but they also charge twice as much or more than we do.
